YANG Qian

Senior Manager

As Senior Manager, Yang Qian leads the Practice Office team in operationalising partnerships that connect the School’s expertise with public health practice. She works with key public sector agencies, including MOH, HPB, and MOHT, on policy, practice, and programme initiatives.

Working closely with the Vice Dean (Practice) and Principal Investigators, she manages the operational lifecycle of projects, from stakeholder engagement and proposals to the delivery of policy reports and case studies. By driving cross-team alignment and managing complex workstreams, she supports the translation of the School’s research into policy and practice.

LEE Jing Hui

Senior Assistant Manager

Jing Hui is the Senior Assistant Manager at the Practice Office, where she supports the coordination of projects and partnerships across the School’s public health practice portfolio. She works with faculty and external stakeholders to coordinate activities across multiple ongoing public health initiatives.

Drawing on her prior experience in marketing and public engagement within the public health sector, she provides support in stakeholder management and project execution. She contributes to the delivery of practice-oriented work and supports efforts to connect academic research with policy and practice.
