Master Of Public Health
Applicants must fulfill the following admission requirements. Please note that meeting the minimum requirements does not imply automatic admission into the MPH programme.
Medically qualified applicants
- MBBS or equivalent
- One year of general clinical experience, excluding housemanship for Singapore-trained doctors
- One year of work experience in public health/health administration/ occupational and environmental health or having entered clinical specialty training
OR
Enrolment in the NUHS Preventive Medicine Residency programme
Non-medical applicants
- Good Honours degree or equivalent
- Two years of work experience in public health / health promotion / health administration / occupational and environmental health / clinical research
English language requirements for International Applicants*
International applicants must submit test scores for the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) or IELTS Academic (International English Language Testing System) and must meet the minimum scores required:
- 85 on the TOEFL test
- 6.0 on the IELTS Academic test
Test scores for the TOEFL and IELTS Academic are valid for 2 years from the test dates. TOEFL and IELTS Academic scores that are no longer valid will not be accepted.
- For TOEFL, please request the testing organization to send your scoresheet directly to Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health. Please quote 7897 for the TOEFL Institutional Code.
- For IELTS scores, applicants can submit a scanned copy of their IELTS scoresheet.
