HITAP and the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore (SSHSPH NUS), co-organised the Workshop on Paying for Precision Medicine Sustainably in Asia: Reimbursement Barriers, Enablers, and Implications for Health Technology Assessment, held 2–4 June 2026 in Khao Yai, Thailand, under the Precision HeAlth Transformative Technology Assessment Initiative (PHAT-TAI) imitative and the HTAsiaLink network. The workshop brought together 32 participants from nine Asian countries to examine PM reimbursement pathways.
The report presents a comparative overview of country reimbursement approaches, prioritised recommendations across five challenge domains, the PICCOTEAM framework for PM economic evaluation, and proposed next steps for regional follow-up. Read the full report here.
