We were delighted to welcome over 20 participants from across healthcare, community care, and government sectors to the Systems Thinking for Health and Healthcare course on 4 & 5 June 2026.
Over these two days, participants explored fundamentals of systems thinking, causal loop diagrams, and practical approaches to addressing complex healthcare challenges through interactive discussions, case studies and practical exercises. Led by Dr Ng Yeuk Fan, the course provided opportunities for participants to exchange perspectives and apply concepts to real-world challenges.
The thoughtful discussions and exchange of perspectives throughout the course created valuable opportunities for participants to learn from one another and deepen their understanding of systems thinking in the healthcare system.
