Overview

This course provides a comprehensive overview of the core structure, function, legislation, key policies, and operational considerations of the Singapore Healthcare System.

Learning Objectives

  • Describe the structure and function of the key element of Singapore Healthcare System;
  • Understand Singapore’s healthcare laws, key policies, and national programmes;
  • Understand how healthcare policy is made to address the key contemporary issues and challenges that Singapore healthcare faces;
  • Understand how healthcare is financed in Singapore at a system and individual level.

Who Should Attend?

Middle and senior management in healthcare-related industries including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare provision, and allied health.

Assessment & Certification

An electronic Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who pass all assessments and meet a minimum of 70% attendance.

SSG Funding Requirements

  • This is a SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) approved course. As part of SSG funding requirements, participants must pass all assessment(s) and adhere to the fee payment timeline of 120 days from the course start date.
  • Individuals or organisations will be liable to pay the full course fees in the event that learners fail to meet the assessment requirements, payment timeline and the other terms and conditions for SSG funding eligibility.

Application

  • Application closes on 17 May 2024 OR when the application is full.
  • CME & CPE points are pending approval.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation is permissible if conveyed to the course administrator in writing via email before 17 May 2024.
  • Substitution with another participant is permissible. Please inform the course administrator in writing via email and provide the name and details of the substitute by 17 May 2024.
  • The School reserves the right to cancel the course and fully refund the fees in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
