Dr. Su Park is an epidemiologist with a focus on examining health disparities, mental health, neighborhood effects, and cancer risk factors. Her expertise lies in methodological approaches and quantitative analyses, utilizing a wide range of data sources, including national and community-based datasets, as well as birth-cohort data.

Currently, her research involves the innovative application of ecological momentary assessment (EMA), facilitating data collection at both intra-individual and inter-individual levels. With her expertise, she conducts comprehensive analyses to capture fluctuations in psychological distress, neighborhood environments, and lifestyle behaviors (such as sleep health, sedentary time). She is particularly motivated by the potential of this methodology to address issues such as social desirability and recall bias, especially when exploring sensitive topics such as mental health and health disparities within minority populations.
