WONG, Evelyn Yi Ting

Dr Evelyn Wong Yi Ting is a Consultant Medical Oncologist at the National Cancer Centre Singapore and Sengkang General Hospital, specialising in gastrointestinal oncology. She is Deputy Head, Digital Solutions and Artificial Intelligence, Data and Digital Office, National Cancer Centre Singapore, where she contributes to the development and implementation of digital and AI-enabled solutions to improve cancer care delivery.

Her clinical and academic interests include early-onset colorectal cancer, digital oncology, and global oncology. She is the founder of AYABytes, a mobile application co-created with patients and physicians to provide age-appropriate, personalised cancer information and support for adolescents and young adults with cancer.

Dr Wong obtained her MPH from John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (Health Systems and Policy), with a concentration in Health Economics. Dr Wong completed specialist training at the National Cancer Centre Singapore. She completed a fellowship in Gastrointestinal Oncology at University College London Hospitals and led the development of a dedicated service for patients with early-onset gastrointestinal cancers at UCLH, where she remains an Honorary Consultant in Gastrointestinal Oncology.

Her work focuses on improving cancer outcomes through digital innovation and data-driven care. She is also Clinical Assistant Professor at the SingHealth Duke-NUS Global Health Institute, contributing to education, implementation science, and global health initiatives.
