Dr. Dyna Khuon is an epidemiologist and public health educator dedicated to advancing evidence-based public health in Cambodia. She earned her PhD in Epidemiology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2021, following a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Health Sciences (UHS) and a Master’s degree in Nutrition from the National Institute of Public Health.

She currently serves as Acting Dean of the Faculty of Public Health at UHS, where she leads academic programs while advancing research in non-communicable diseases, hepatitis C, mental health, and maternal and child health. Her work integrates epidemiological methods with biostatistical analysis to generate evidence that informs public health policy and clinical decision-making.

Dr. Khuon’s expertise includes epidemiology, and biostatistics. She is passionate about developing the next generation of public health professionals and believes that impactful public health begins with rigorous research, mentorship, and translating evidence into action to improve population health.
