CHIA Dennis

Dennis believes in creating a conducive environment for people to attain best possible health outcomes in the community through policy, community transformation and education. His key area of interest is in health and social care integration, chronic and long term community care. He is currently the Head of Home Care & Home Hospice and Senior Care Centre in Methodist Welfare Services, a social service agency.

After graduating from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University Singapore, He obtained his Masters of Public Health with a certificate in Gerontology from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2014. He is an accredited Public Health Specialist since 2017, and a Fellow of the Academy of Singapore since 2018.

His past experience includes that of development/ project management of healthcare innovation and various eldercare/ community care projects such as Care Assessment, Case Management Service, Integrated Home and Day Care Service, Transitional Care, etc.
