Research Assistant, NUS

I’m drawn to the ways communities shape our lives, and what it means to live well and grow older within them.

I am a Research Assistant working with Dr Zoe on health movement projects, including supporting SAGE. I hold a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Behaviour Change, with a focus on health behaviours. My research interests are in community-led health initiatives, structural factors that impact health behaviours and outcomes, and understanding health through a necropolitical lens.

I recently worked with my team on the Movements for Health (M4H) programme. This project taught me about the importance of networks and institutional support in changing collective behaviours. Besides research, I enjoy hikes with my friends, live music and reading.
