Singapore will soon be a super-aged society with a highly-skilled elderly population. I believe our elderly have many talents and gifts to contribute, and SAGE enables us to activate those gifts and develop a deeper sense of appreciation for their contributions to the community.

I am deeply invested in the social impact landscape and in building flourishing communities. This might mean holding space for people to process grief, celebrating community achievements, or helping to shift power dynamics so communities can articulate their needs and access the resources to address them. Above all, I believe in acting responsibly towards communities. This entails dedicating time to listen, suspending judgement, and fostering relationships built on trust and mutuality.
