Health Intervention and Policy Evaluation Research (HIPER)

HIPER is a research unit trying to build Health Technology Assessment (HTA) capacity in developing countries through a range of activities, including consulting services and advisory work, development of software tools to support HTA research, education, and networking at domestic and international levels. The team believes that better evidence can be generated only through better research capacity. Eventually, this evidence will empower decision-making, resulting in sustainable health systems.

HIPER seeks to foster cross-organisational and cross-country knowledge sharing and discussion on HTA. • Service Advice and Research: Evaluation and Consulting

HIPER’s areas of expertise include:

  • Health Technology Assessment
