Roundtable on Singapore’s Role in Advancing Global Health

We are proud to announce our continued collaboration with the Singapore International Foundation (SIF) in a shared commitment to advancing global health outcomes across Asia, where we had the privilege of co-convening a roundtable with SIF. This event brought together key stakeholders from government, academia, philanthropy, as well as private and public sectors to discuss Singapore’s evolving role in advancing global health, and how Singapore can leverage on its existing strengths to identify priorities and yield meaningful impact.

This partnership builds on SIF’s legacy of more than 30 years in strengthening healthcare capacity in the region. Their work involves equipping local professionals and institutions to deliver equitable, quality care through regional collaboration.

SIF’s key impact areas include the successful implementation of over 80 initiatives across diverse fields such as maternal and child health, mental health, allied health, and palliative care. These efforts have strengthened trust and mutual understanding among healthcare communities in the region, and built lasting bonds through shared learning and best practices.

SSHSPH and NUS Global Health Office seek to contribute to global health efforts by influencing health outcomes through policy directed research and respectful and sustainable capacity building. This collaboration underscores SSHSPH’s dedication to working with strategic partners like SIF to advance global health impact. Both organisations remain committed to fostering a healthier future for all in the region.
