Overview
This course equips healthcare professionals with practical knowledge and skills to harness Artificial Intelligence (AI) for real-world healthcare and hospital applications. Designed for clinicians, administrators, and corporate staff, the course introduces foundational AI concepts, explores generative AI, and provides hands-on practice in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI agent workflows. Participants will learn to plan and design AI-enabled solutions to improve patient care, streamline operations, and support decision-making in the healthcare ecosystem.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will:
- Be introduced the familiar to the fundamentals of generative AI and its role in transforming healthcare and hospital systems.
- Develop practical skills in prompt engineering and AI-assisted problem solving using healthcare use cases and examples.
- Demonstrate healthcare applications of RAG for enhancing organizational knowledge and workflows.
- Be provided with exposure to AI agents, agent-based workflows, and practical bot-building.
- Empowered to apply AI tools to clinical, operational, financial, and administrative healthcare scenarios.
Who Should Attend?
Clinicians, administrators, and corporate staff seeking to build practical skills in applying AI solutions across clinical care, administration, and healthcare operations.
Certification
An electronic Certificate of Participation will be awarded to participants who passed all assessments and meet a minimum requirement of 75% attendance rate.
Pre-requisites
A minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree and/or two years’ work experience.
