Mengling ‘Mornin’ Feng is an Associate Professor at the NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health. He currently leads the Biomedical Modelling, Analytics & Design (B.MAD) domain and is the founding director of the School’s AI for Public Health program. His research focuses on developing AI-driven solutions to enhance health screening, disease surveillance, healthcare delivery, medical diagnostics, and health systems innovation. Mornin applies methods such as machine learning, generative AI, causal inference, and biomedical data analytics to address public health challenges across Asia. His work supports broader global health goals, ranging from evidence-based policymaking and early disease screening to surveillance, education, and population behavior change. He also serves as Assistant Director of Research at the NUS Institute for Data Science and Senior Assistant Director at the AIO Office of the National University Health System (NUHS).
