The Digital Transformation of Human Thriving
The landscape of modern health is being redefined by digital apps and interventions. As the world moves toward more personalized, accessible care, digital platforms serve as the vital link between clinical research and daily life. They are no longer just tools; they are the infrastructure required to ensure that health support is proactive, scalable, and available to individuals across geographical locations.
My research focuses on three core pillars of this transformation:
Scalable Precision: I explore how digital apps and interventions can provide real-time, tailored support that adapts to an individual’s unique environment.
Life-Course Vitality: My work is grounded in the pursuit of human thriving across the developmental lifespan. By addressing health at every age and stage, digital interventions can foster long-term resilience and well-being rather than simply reacting to illness.
Evidence-Based Foundations: To ensure these technologies are both safe and effective, I utilize meta-analytical approaches to synthesize global data. This ensures that digital health solutions are built on a bedrock of high-quality evidence, driving meaningful improvements in both individual outcomes and broader health policy.
