TYAGI Shilpa
Dr. Shilpa Tyagi is a physician-researcher with training in public health and expertise in health services research. She completed her Ph.D. at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore (NUS), supported by the prestigious President’s Graduate Fellowship. Her methodological strengths include qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research. Currently, she serves as the Research & Evaluation Specialist and Senior Data Analyst at the MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation (MOHT), where she leads the evaluation of innovative, technology-enabled care models under the Future Primary Care Programme. Applying an implementation science perspective, she ensures that new care models are not only effective but also practical, scalable, and sustainable within primary care settings. Her portfolio encompasses projects ranging from small-scale feasibility pilots to nationwide implementation initiatives. Her work focuses on conducting rigorous research that bridges the gap between evidence and practice, directly informing healthcare policy and implementation in real-world settings.
