- Adjunct Associate Professor, SSHSPH, NUS (Sept 2009-30 June 2014) – taught graduate courses on Global Health and Design, Monitoring and Evaluation of Health programmes in developing countries to MPH syudents
- Regional Health Advisor, Asia-Pacific, World Vision, (1 July 1987 to 30 June 2014) – was involved in Global Health for 30 years
Administrative Leadership
- Led a regional team to provide technical support to WV Offices in 17 countries in the Asia-Pacific region from his Singapore home base for nearly 30 years
