NG Thiam Tuan Terence

Terence is the current Director in the Innovation Office and the Policy and Strategy Division in the Health Promotion Board Singapore. He is responsible for the formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of priority public health policy in the board, including nutrition, tobacco, precision in health promotion as well as partnerships and technology to help the nation live healthily.

Terence is a trained sociologist and lawyer who previously was an Assistant Professor at the University of California, San Francisco doing research on home and community-based care for the elderly and disabled.
