MANIKAM, Logan

Dr. Logan Manikam is a Joint Visiting Research Fellow at the NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health where he works with the NUS Asia Centre for Health Security (ACHS). He is a UK General Medical Council registered Consultant in Public Health Medicine with several parallel appointments at UCL & UK Health Security Agency (Immunisation & Vaccine Preventable Diseases).

He is a Co-Director of Aceso Global Health Consultants Limited through which he regularly provides expert technical advice on global health security + One Health. This includes to FHI360 for the £20 million ASEAN Health Security Partnership and Ensilitech, a biotechnology startup that has recently secured £4.5 million to scale up vaccine stabilization technologies.

He was formerly an Academic Clinical Lecturer & Public Health Registrar at Chatham House Centre for Global Health Security and Founder/Co-Director of the Childhood Infection and Pollution (CHIP) Consortium, a multi-country effort aimed at reducing the burden of childhood infections and AMR in India, Indonesia, Chile’s and Turkey’s urban slums using One Health and technology-enabled Citizen Science approaches
