Ho Peh Joo

Assistant Professor (Research)

HO Peh Joo

My research focuses on improving the lives of breast cancer survivors and advancing breast cancer prevention strategies. My research involves understanding genetic and non-genetic risk factors for breast cancer, evaluating feasibility of risk-based screening, and studying patient-reported outcomes to enhance survivors’ quality of life. I collaborate closely with the Singapore Breast Cancer Cohort (SGBCC) and the BREAst cancer screening Tailored for HEr (BREATHE) study to investigate breast cancer risk factors and screening practices in Singapore.
