AHN, Seoyeon
Dr Ahn Seoyeon is a Research Fellow at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. Her research focuses on population ageing, health trajectories, and socioeconomic inequalities in later life, with particular interest in how policy and health system interventions shape health outcomes among older adults. Since completing her Ph.D., she has extensive experience in social science research, with work spanning labour market policies, employment trajectories, and the effects of work and income security on mental and physical health. She conducts research using large-scale longitudinal and administrative datasets and applies advanced quantitative methods, including survival analysis, regression discontinuity designs, and causal inference approaches, to generate policy-relevant evidence for ageing societies.
