Synopsis:
The speakers will present scenarios on how the current crisis will evolve and be resolved. Ethical considerations in the screening, diagnosis, treatment, and care of patients with COVID-19 will also be examined.
Learn about how countries, particularly emerging markets, can effectively prepare for and respond to future outbreaks given the differences in health systems, capabilities and funding. Besides, the speakers will also discuss the role of international bodies such as World Health Organization (WHO), Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) and others in planning for future pandemics preparedness, coordinate responses and mitigate risk.
