  • Associate Professor, SSHSPH, NUS (from July 1, 2014) – assist in the development and teaching of new & current Global Health modules for MPH students, medical undergraduates, non-medical undergraduates & middle-level health leaders
  • Adjunct Associate Professor, SSHSPH, NUS (Sept 2009-30 June 2014) – taught graduate courses on Global Health and Design, Monitoring and Evaluation of Health programmes in developing countries to MPH syudents
  • Regional Health Advisor, Asia-Pacific, World Vision, (1 July 1987 to 30 June 2014) – was involved in Global Health for 30 years

Administrative Leadership

  • Led a regional team to provide technical support to WV Offices in 17 countries in the Asia-Pacific region from his Singapore home base for nearly 30 years

Professional/Consulting Activities

  • Singapore International Foundation Volunteer, Sri Lanka, Nov 2014 Evaluated numerous MCHN, HIV & AIDS, and TB grant projects funded by USAID, CIDA, AUSAID, Global Fund and World Bank (1987-2014)
