SSHSPH welcomes new batch of MPH students

44 students embarked on a new journey in public health as the NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health (SSHSPH) welcomed the 2013/2014 batch of Master of Public Health (MPH) students to the School on 5 August 2013.

Associate Professor Jeannette Lee, Vice-Dean of Education and MPH Programme Director, and Dean Professor Chia Kee Seng kickstarted the Orientation programme by welcoming the incoming batch to the School.

The students were then introduced to an overview of the School curriculum, academic and administration affairs as well as student engagement matters. The faculty and students then proceeded to have lunch, followed by an afternoon session which saw current students and alumni sharing about their student life experience.

The School is excited to welcome our new students aboard to the SSHSPH family to work together in translating public health discovery into healthier communities.
