REBELLO Salome Antonette

The role of the food environment in shaping dietary behaviours is becoming increasingly recognized. My research is mainly focussed on characterizing food environments and understanding how people interact with their environments to make healthier food choices. I hope that my work contributes to the development of surveillance systems to monitor the health of our food environments, and to the design of interventions and policies that facilitate wiser dietary behaviours.
