AZFAR Julian

"With a background in the social sciences, I began my career as a high school Social Studies and Geography teacher, and subsequently moved on to become a teacher, head, and international examiner in the IB Diploma Programme, where I specialized in Theory of Knowledge and Social & Cultural Anthropology. Having taught in both local (Singapore) and international schools, I continue to pursue my passion for teaching at NUS, where I have previously held teaching appointments at the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, and the Centre for English Language Communication. Currently, at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, I teach courses related to health in the social context, and coordinate the General Education module Public Health in Action."
